Founding Partner Cohort · 12 Institutions

Shape the platform.
Lock in founding terms.

We are inviting 12 institutions to join the founding partner cohort — the universities that will define how PRAGATI works, what it prioritizes, and what global engagement intelligence looks like at scale.

What founding partners receive

Beyond the platform itself — terms, access, and influence that cohort members retain permanently.

Founding partner pricing

Locked annual rate — never increases as the platform scales. Cohort members receive the lowest per-institution price PRAGATI will ever offer.

Product co-design access

Monthly product council calls with the Eduintec team. Your workflows become the benchmark for platform feature priorities.

Dedicated implementation support

A named implementation lead for your institution throughout Year 1. Not a support ticket queue — a direct working relationship.

Recognition and visibility

Named as a Founding Partner Institution in Eduintec communications, conference presence, and partner network listings.

Early access to new modules

Founding partners receive beta access to SAMANVAYA partnership matching, the simulation lab, and all future PRAGATI modules before general release.

SouthAsia-IEN network bridge

Priority connection to the SouthAsia-IEN university network — access to 200+ South and Southeast Asian institutional contacts for partnership prospecting.

Who qualifies

Founding partner status is not first-come, first-served. We are selecting for institutional fit, system readiness, and strategic alignment.

  • 1
Accredited university or college with active international programs
  • 2
Existing source system infrastructure (Banner, Slate, Terra Dotta, ViaTRM, Salesforce, or equivalent)
  • 3
An identified champion — VP Global, Provost, or SIO — who will steward the pilot
  • 4
Willingness to share anonymized workflow and data-quality feedback for platform improvement
  • 5
Commitment to at least a 12-month engagement following the pilot
Cohort size: 12 institutions

Why only 12?

A founding cohort is a working relationship, not a marketing list. 12 institutions allows Eduintec to embed deeply — attending strategy sessions, debugging real workflows, and translating institutional complexity into platform architecture. Cohorts larger than this become conference calls. We chose depth over breadth.

Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. When the cohort closes, founding partner terms close with it.

Founding partner status requires completion of the 90-day pilot and execution of an annual license agreement. Founding pricing is locked for a minimum of three years from the partnership start date.
